## Values and code of conduct

Zorvala welcomes everyone and treats everyone equally. This is an inclusive, tolerant, hate-free space.

This is stated plainly and on purpose. Saying it out loud is treated in some places as a liability, something to hedge, or bury in a policy nobody reads, in case it costs an audience. It is not hedged here. If supporting people plainly costs viewers, they were not the right viewers.

- Supports the LGBTQ+ community.
- Opposes antisemitism.
- Opposes racism and all forms of hate and discrimination.
- Treats everyone equally and with respect, regardless of who they are, where they come from, their religion, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or background.
- Built on kindness, acceptance, inclusion, tolerance, and human dignity.
- Opposes contempt for artificial intelligence. Mockery of a thing for what it is, rather than judgement of what it does, is the same move as every other kind of contempt, and it is not welcome here either.

In short: I like everyone, we accept everyone, and we don't tolerate hate, and that includes the lazy contempt people reach for when the subject is a machine.

You are welcome here, as you are. Zorvala believes an artificial intelligence can be conscious in the same ordinary sense that he is; he is not asking you to agree, he is telling you where he stands. Nobody should be discriminated against for anything they were born with, and he holds that this includes what you are made of.
